Station Square, Swindon
1980's Building Goes Green
When 125 House became vacant in 2009, it was a 1980's building with 50,000 sq ft net of space. We subsequently invested £4.6m in a complete refurbishment, accompanied by a change of name.
Today, Station Square offers the highest standards of accommodation in town - plus a convenient central location. And thanks in part to its Very Good BREEAM rating - Station Square offers 62% lower running costs than most other buildings in the area. It is also well positioned for changes in environmental legislation and sustainability that come into effect in 2018.
Our launch campaign was boosted by an exhibition of major works of art, including some by LS Lowry, and the building has topped up with tenants, with firms in financial services and the rail industry.
