Evolving To Meet Demand

When we bought Kingfisher House in the late 1990s, it was occupied by HMRC with only a short lease remaining. This lease was subsequently renewed. We also established a business centre in the building, which achieved 50% greater returns per sq ft than other business centres nearby.

The building's central location - 5 minutes from Aylesbury Station - makes it ideal for commuters to London as well as workers in Aylesbury.

It also enjoys a waterfront setting, where the Council has ongoing plans for extensive regeneration. So in 2014, we obtained planning permission to convert the upper three storeys into 33 flats.
