In the AB Group, we have a more client-focussed approach than the typical institutional landlord.
Many properties were developed with a particular type of occupant in mind.
Wherever possible, we manage our properties ourselves, rather than sub-contract to a managing agent.
And throughout the tenancy, we continue to cultivate good relationships - drawing on our experience of the hospitality industry as well as commercial property.
